We want nothing more than our customers to be excited about their new threads and wear them for the world to see!
So if you receive any item that you are not happy with, return it to us within 30 days in the same condition that you received it. You can then change it or receive a refund.
You are required to pay for the return postage for refunds and exchanges. However, if your item is faulty, your return postage will be refunded. All exchanged size items will be shipped back to you for free.
Faulty Item Returns Faulty items can either be replaced or refunded. We will have your item or refund back to you as soon as possible.
Return Terms and Conditions All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached. If items are not returned in their original condition, they may not be accepted for return.

The Adventurous Kind is based in Australia & we ship our products worldwide. We aim to have your order on its way via Australia Post within 24 hours (on business days) of you placing it online.
All items available for purchase on our online store are held in stock & are ready to ship once payment has been made.

Please note that shipping costs that are charged by The Adventurous Kind's online store do not include any duties or taxes that may be applicable when the goods enter your region.
We provide a shipping calculator at the shopping cart. You can use this to calculate shipping costs before you checkout.
If there is an item that you are interested in from our online store that is 'Out of Stock' please don't hesitate to get in touch. Although what we have in stock is usually online, we are often in the process of restocking products. If you let us know, we can also order certain items in for you! Pre orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Please allow 1 week extra for shipping. Unfortunately some products become discontinued & will not be restocked once sold out. So make sure you don't miss out!
